I didn't think y'all would be interested in pictures of the contents of the boxes, so I skipped that. Only thing I scanned in was the front of the card I tucked into one of the packages:
Is not my best work, but I thought it would be nice to add a little something in with the packages. I was going to make one for the other package too, but when I looked at her profile again it said "NO HANDMADE CARDS!!" and that made me sad. So I just wrote her a little note.
No outgoing postcard scans today, there were too many and I woke up too late and didn't have time to think about it before leaving for the post office.
The only thing to come in the mail for me today was a postcard, though:

I remember the time they made us do penpal letters in primary/elementary school. That all became unnecessary when the internet came along. I still have a weird fascination though for stamps. I used to collect them, but our local post office hides them...

such a cool train card!!! I love trains, and i can say ive travelled by one many times so far...i think its an addiction i got from my dad.
ReplyDeleteOnce i brought him train postcards but i guess he never really freaked out for them...this reminds me i should look for them and put them in my collection...with him, they will only catch dust....if he has any idea where they are in the first place....
